Prices, plan features, and applicable taxes (including VAT, where applicable) are shown at checkout. If you choose a recurring plan, you authorise repeat charges until you cancel. We may change pricing or plan details on renewal; where required, we will notify you in advance.
Trials (if offered) are limited to one per customer. Changing email addresses does not reset eligibility. For digital content, once streaming begins or access is granted, the statutory right to cancel may not apply or may be lost once you consent to immediate supply. Any goodwill refunds we offer are set out on the Our Memberships page at the time you purchase.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful viewing and only on devices and locations permitted by your plan. You must not redistribute, rebroadcast, restream, capture, sell, or share access. You must not tamper with DRM, security, servers, or APIs, or scrape, test, or reverse engineer the Service. You agree to comply with any fair-use limits, including limits on simultaneous connections, bandwidth, and devices. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or suspected abuse.
Channel availability, EPG data, quality (including HD/4K), schedules, and geo-availability may change, sometimes without notice, due to rights holders or technical constraints. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

All software, branding, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable, personal licence to use the Service as intended and in line with these Terms.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
